Test
Testing is often rushed, and missed issues can disrupt the business at launch. We work with your team before launch and test everyday workflows under pressure as well as unusual scenarios, so people and systems are ready.
Train
We usually use a train the trainer approach, with full team sessions and refreshers when useful. We can also create screen recordings for future reference and onboarding.
Implement
We support your team through the change, often on site for the first few days. Issues that arise in the first couple of weeks get priority and a quick response.
Follow through
We check for loose ends and unforeseen conflicts after launch. We keep thorough project notes so we can jump back in when you need changes, even years later.
